The meaning of 196,000 brands: Klaviyo’s penetration rate in the DTC e-commerce field is close to the standard tool for leading merchants in Shopify Plus. Brand customers range from independent websites with annual revenue of less than one million US dollars to global consumer brands such as Unilever, Mattel, and Vans, indicating that its product maturity has been verified by organizations of different sizes.
The implications of scale of 7.3 billion customer profiles: Klaviyo stores not just a simple email list, but a rich profile that includes purchasing behavior, browsing trajectories, predictive ratings, and cross-channel interaction history. The average daily processing capacity of 2.5 billion events means that the platform can still maintain real-time data inflow and trigger responses during high traffic periods (Black Friday Prime Day).
The implementation significance of compliance certification: The combined certification of SOC 2 + ISO 27001 + PCI DSS means that Klaviyo meets enterprise-level compliance requirements in terms of data security, privacy protection and payment card data processing. For listed brands and strictly regulated categories (such as health products, alcohol, tobacco), this is a prerequisite for procurement evaluation.
Klaviyo’s users and market recognition
Klaviyo's market recognition can be broken down into three dimensions: e-commerce ecological presence, industry analyst evaluation and customer case verification.
E-commerce ecosystem placeholder: Klaviyo is the actual leader in email marketing in the Shopify ecosystem. Although the official proportion of Shopify merchants has not been disclosed, judging from the number of reviews on the Shopify application market, the depth of integration in the release of Shopify Editions, and the public cases of leading Shopify Plus merchants (such as Dollar Shave Club, Princess Polly, Tatcha), Klaviyo has established a de facto standard position in the field of DTC e-commerce email/SMS marketing. In 2026, Klaviyo further launched the Shopify Sidekick extension, allowing merchants to directly query Klaviyo marketing data in the Shopify backend, marking the integration of both parties from data synchronization to deep embedding.
Industry Analyst Recognition: Klaviyo was named a Mid-Market Winter 2026 Leader in G2, as well as a Capterra Shortlist and Software Advice Front Runners 2026 selection. These reviews are mainly based on user satisfaction and market share, which is consistent with Klaviyo’s deep development strategy in the e-commerce vertical field.
Quantitative benefits in customer cases: The customer cases disclosed on the Klaviyo official website provide multiple sets of efficiency data for reference:
- Daily Harvest (healthy food subscription): Save 18% on technology costs after switching to Klaviyo.
- Dollar Shave Club (personal care brand): 30% lower total cost of ownership using Klaviyo B2C CRM.
- Tatcha (high-end skin care products): e-commerce annual revenue increased by 20% year-on-year.
- Princess Polly (Fast Fashion): Global revenue increased 2.8x post-consolidation.
- Marc Fisher Footwear: 20% improvement in execution time.
- ThirdLove (underwear brand): 40,000+ self-service interactions completed through Customer Hub in 2025.
These figures are not a standardized commitment from Klaviyo, but provide a reference range of earnings for brands of different sizes in typical scenarios. It should be noted that the above benefits are the comprehensive result of product capabilities + the brand’s own operating level and cannot be directly extrapolated linearly.
Limitations: Klaviyo’s market volume is mainly concentrated in the DTC/B2C e-commerce fields in North America and Europe. In B2B marketing automation and non-e-commerce retail scenarios (such as catering and local services) in the Asia-Pacific market, brand recognition and customer base are significantly weaker than competing products such as HubSpot or ActiveCampaign.
Klaviyo’s cost advantage: tiered pricing and hidden cost breakdown
The cost structure varies depending on the usage method: C-side users can usually experience core functions through the free version, and high-frequency usage requires subscribing to paid packages; developers/API users are billed based on the number of calls; enterprise-level users need to contact the business to obtain customized quotations. The specific price is subject to the official real-time pricing page.
Klaviyo’s main features
Klaviyo's functional system is designed around the overall design of "data unification → AI insights → automated execution → omni-channel access". Instead of piecing together a bunch of independent modules, the data output of each section directly becomes the input of the next section.
-
Composer (AI Marketing Agent): This is Klaviyo’s core AI function upgrade in 2026. Composer is not a simple AI copywriting generator, but a full-process marketing agent that "audit → strategy → create". It automatically audits existing flows, segments, and forms within an account to identify revenue growth opportunities, and then generates a complete omnichannel marketing campaign from a single prompt based on brand tone and real customer data. This means that operators can simplify the five-step process of "Analyze data → Develop strategy → Create campaign → A/B test → Optimize" to the three-step process of "Tell Composer the goal → Review the output → Publish". Expert View: The real value of Composer is not in copywriting generation, but in "opportunity discovery" - it can perform correlation analysis across flows, segments and forms to find cross-selling and churn prevention windows that are difficult to find manually. This kind of "data-driven strategy recommendation" capability is not available in traditional email marketing tools.
-
Customer Agent (AI Customer Service Agent): 7×24 AI customer service, officials claim to be able to solve 65% of customer problems independently. It not only supports Web Chat, but also covers Email, SMS, WhatsApp and Instagram DM, and can automatically detect customer input language and reply in 100+ languages. Customer Agents are pre-trained with brand knowledge and can add custom skills and tools (e.g. order enquiry, returns processing, product recommendations) through the no-code Agent Builder. Expert View: The synergy between Customer Agent and Composer is that the customer preference intentions captured in the customer service dialogue are automatically written into the portrait attributes, which in turn become the input for Composer to make personalized recommendations. This concept of "service as data collection" is an architectural design that transforms the customer service center from a cost center into a data asset.
-
Omnichannel Campaigns & Flows: A unified campaign and flow builder that supports orchestration of Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Mobile Push and Instagram DM within a single workflow, and automatically selects the optimal reach channel based on Channel Affinity. Flow Builder supports visual triggers, conditional branches and the upcoming multi-branch flows. One decision point can split more than three paths. Expert View: Channel Affinity is the core differentiator of this feature - it is not simply polling or selecting channels according to preset rules, but predicting the most likely channel to respond based on the historical interaction data of each portrait. For multi-channel marketing operations teams, this directly reduces "message fatigue" and unsubscribe rates.
-
Klaviyo Data Platform (CDP + Data Warehouse Integration): A unified 360° view of customers aggregating cross-channel behavior, transaction history and predictive scoring. A key upgrade for 2026 is Custom Objects – enabling the introduction of complex data structures (e.g. bookings, appointments, policies) into Klaviyo via API, beyond just standard events and profile attributes. Data warehouse integration supports importing persona attributes directly from Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and Amazon Redshift without middleware or CSV uploads. Expert View: The introduction of Custom Objects means that Klaviyo has taken a big step from "e-commerce email tool" to "universal CRM data platform". For brands with complex data models (e.g. hotel bookings, membership levels, subscription plans), this is critical infrastructure that enables deep personalization with Klaviyo.
-
Predictive analysis and AI model: Built-in purchase propensity score, customer lifetime value (CLV) prediction, churn risk warning Channel Affinity (channel affinity prediction), Next Best Product (optimization of low-volume product recommendations based on shopping cart associated data), and Personalized Send Time (reinforcement learning-driven send time optimization). These predictive models are embedded directly into audience filters for segments, flows, and campaigns, eliminating the need for data science teams to intervene. Expert View: Klaviyo's prediction model is not an independent report, but an "actionable prediction" - the propensity score can be directly used as a trigger condition or diversion basis for flow. Operators do not need to understand the mathematical principles of the model, they only need to select "Purchase propensity > 0.7" in the segment condition.
-
Social Marketing: New for 2026, Instagram integration enables automatic syncing of Instagram DMs, comments, mentions, and UGC (user-generated content) to customer personas. Social media actions can trigger flows and update segments, and UGC is automatically entered into the content library for cross-channel reuse. Social Insights Agent provides AI-driven analysis of Instagram UGC (top creators, emerging topics, post performance). Expert View: Social Marketing expands Klaviyo from a "messaging tool" to a "social commerce hub" - brands can manage the complete link to convert Instagram fans into subscribers directly within Klaviyo, without the need for third-party social tools to bridge the gap.
-
Smart Translations: Supports translation management in 68 languages, can automatically translate email content into multiple languages in a single campaign, and supports RTL languages (such as Arabic), brand term blacklists, and CSV batch import/export of translation lexicon. Suitable for multinational e-commerce and global DTC brands.
-
Image Remix (AI image editing): Integrate the AI image editing function of Gemini 2.5 Flash, support background removal, brand color application, image generation and smart cropping, embedded in email editor, form editor and mobile message editor.
-
MCP Server and AI tool connection: Klaviyo will launch MCP Server in August 2025 to support AI clients (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to interact directly with the Klaviyo API through the standard MCP protocol. Developers can complete template creation, data analysis campaign management and other operations through natural language instructions. Expert View: The launch of MCP Server means that Klaviyo is no longer just a "human tool", but can become the "data and action layer" in the AI Agent ecosystem. This provides the infrastructure for the future scenario of "Agent independently operating brand marketing" - Composer is responsible for strategy, and MCP Server is responsible for execution.
Klaviyo’s model and version evolution
As a SaaS platform, Klaviyo does not use the traditional large model version number system, but pushes platform updates on a quarterly basis. Here are the key capability milestones from 2025 to today:
2025: AI infrastructure foundation laid
- 2025-06 to 2025-08: MCP Server (Model Context Protocol Server) is launched, allowing AI clients to interact with Klaviyo API through standard protocols; Channel Affinity API is online, and the prediction model is opened from product functions to programmable interfaces; Smart Translations for SMS is online, with SMS translation capabilities in 68 languages.
- 2025-09: Klaviyo's most important product release window of the year - Marketing Agent (AI marketing agent, the predecessor of Composer), Customer Agent (AI customer service agent, still the core AI product today), Helpdesk (AI-assisted work order system), Omnichannel Campaign Builder (omnichannel campaign builder), WhatsApp channel is officially launched, Data Warehouse Import (data warehouse import) is released at the same time. This is a key node in Klaviyo's transformation from "email + SMS tool" to "omni-channel CRM platform".
- 2025-10 to 2025-12: Continue to enhance Customer Agent capabilities - launch Tone of Voice customization, skill page Knowledge Gap Detection; Omnichannel Campaigns adds Exit Conditions; Smart Translations is extended to Email and Mobile Push; Custom Objects enters beta.
First half of 2026: Agentization and platform deepening
- 2026-04: Customer Agent supports WhatsApp channels; Composer (reconstructed AI marketing agent) releases the Campaign Brief function, which supports attaching templates, images, coupons, and products before generating content; Segment AI is online, supporting natural language descriptions to create segments.
- 2026-05 to 2026-06: MCP Server adds a new DND email template creation and update tool; Customer Agent supports automatic detection and reply in 100+ languages (Multilingual GA); Customer Agent Profile Enrichment is online - preferences captured in customer service conversations are automatically written into portrait attributes; Composer adds Subject Line & Preview Text Intelligence (generating titles based on historical performance).
- 2026-07: Social Marketing is released in full, Instagram DM/comments/UGC are connected to customer portraits; Composer Campaign Brief is enhanced; Minute-level Gradual Sending is online (1% granularity is sent in batches); API 2026-07-15 major version is released, adding custom Objects API, Multi-channel Conversations API and other endpoints.
Current Version Status: Klaviyo 2026-07 Update is the latest platform version as of July 2026, with core changes focusing on enhanced capabilities for Social Marketing and Composer. The platform is updated via SaaS continuous delivery, eliminating the need for users to manually upgrade.
Klaviyo’s technical advantages
Klaviyo's technical barriers are not in the performance of a single model, but in the "unity of data infrastructure" and "the depth of product embedding of AI capabilities."
Unified data plane: Klaviyo's core technical architecture decision is to create a unified data platform that simultaneously carries real-time event streams (average daily 2.5 billion), customer profile storage (7.3 billion identities) and predictive model services. This means that when the Customer Agent obtains the customer's size preference on WhatsApp, this data can become the input for Composer to make personalized recommendations within seconds, without the need for ETL pipelines or data engineers to intervene. Compared with competing products - most marketing automation tools have their data layer and AI layer separated, or rely on third-party CDP as the data middle platform - Klaviyo's data plane unity is a real architectural moat.
Productization of AI capabilities: Klaviyo does not make AI into an independent "AI chat window", but embeds AI into each product operation point:
- In Segment Builder, operators can write a natural language description such as "Female customers who have purchased >$100 in the past 30 days and have not made repeat purchases within 7 days", and Segment AI will automatically parse and generate filtering conditions.
- In Flow Builder, no data science knowledge is required to call CLV predictions, churn scores, and Next Best Product as triage criteria.
- In Email Editor, Image Remix provides AI image processing capabilities directly in the drag-and-drop editor without switching to Photoshop.
This embedded model lowers the threshold for using AI, but it also means that Klaviyo’s AI capabilities are deeply bound to its own products and are inconvenient to be independently called by external systems (except for MCP Server).
Real-time event processing architecture: The New Event Pipeline, which will be launched in 2025, is built on Apache Kafka, which improves platform flexibility and data reliability during high traffic periods. For e-commerce scenarios, this means that the inflow of order events during Black Friday will not be delayed or lost due to traffic peaks, and the trigger window for abandoned order recovery (usually the highest conversion rate is 1-4 hours after abandoned orders) will not be missed due to back-end bottlenecks.
Open Ecosystem and MCP Strategy: Klaviyo is one of the early marketing SaaS vendors to launch MCP Server (August 2025). MCP Server exposes a tool set including metrics query, template creation and campaign management, allowing AI clients such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor to directly operate Klaviyo data. The deep meaning of this strategy is that when more and more brand operation workflows are orchestrated through AI Agents, Klaviyo hopes to become the "data and action backend" of these Agents, rather than being bypassed by AI tools.
Project pitfall and implementation plan:
- Pre-processing of data quality: The quality of Klaviyo’s prediction model is highly dependent on the quality of the underlying data. If a brand's historical purchase events are missing SKU information, multiple mailboxes are not merged, or unsubscription status is not synchronized, the accuracy of CLV prediction and Channel Affinity will decrease significantly. Solution: Complete the Identity Resolution configuration before importing data, turn on the Email Typo Deduplication function, and establish a data quality monitoring dashboard in the first month.
- Frequency control management in high concurrency scenarios: SMS and WhatsApp channels have operator-level sending frequency control. Especially in the US market, if the daily sending volume of a single number exceeds the threshold, it will be directly intercepted by the operator. Solution: Use Klaviyo's Gradual Sending function, combined with Channel Affinity, to automatically select the optimal channel to avoid single channel overload; for markets such as TX, FL, OK, etc. that are subject to state-level SMS frequency control regulations, enable automatic Quiet Hours and frequency limits.
- AI Agent’s risk of hallucinations and misjudgments: Although the Customer Agent solved 65% of the problems autonomously, 35% still required manual work. Customer Agent may make wrong judgments when it comes to irreversible operations such as refund amount, order cancellation, and modification of sensitive information. Solution: Configure brand-level safety guardrails through Agent Guidance (such as "refunds exceeding $50 must be transferred to manual"), set the trigger conditions for manual transfer in Helpdesk, and regularly check the Customer Agent's Knowledge Gap Detection report to supplement the training corpus.

Cost evaluation framework for purchasing recommendations: Taking a typical medium-sized Shopify brand that sends 50,000 emails and 5,000 active contacts per month as an example, the monthly fee for Klaviyo Pro is about $200-350, plus SMS usage is about $50-150, and the total monthly cost is about $250-500. Compared with self-built email sending infrastructure (requiring SES/SendGrid API + template system + data analysis pipeline + operation and maintenance manpower), Klaviyo's explicit costs are higher, but the implicit costs (development and maintenance, team training, data infrastructure) are significantly reduced.
Klaviyo application scenarios
Klaviyo’s implementation scenarios focus on DTC e-commerce and service-oriented consumer brands. The following four scenarios are supported by verifiable customer cases:
-
Omni-channel abandoned order recovery (based on deduction, unofficial commitment): Track payment page abandonment behavior and automatically send a combined Email + SMS sequence within a 1-4 hour window. Enable Personalized Send Time to further optimize send times. Income deduction: Calculated based on an average of 1,000 abandoned orders per month, an average order value of $80, and a recovery rate of 12%, the monthly recovery income is approximately $9,600. It takes the operations team about 2-4 hours to configure this process in Klaviyo (including Flow Builder drag and drop + AI copywriting generation), and subsequent maintenance takes about 30 minutes per week. Compared to outsourcing to third-party abandoned order recovery tools (usually $100-500 + commission per month), Klaviyo comes with this capability at no extra commission.
-
Post-purchase cross-sell and repurchase incentives: Based on the purchased SKU and Next Best Product model, complementary products are automatically recommended 7 days, 30 days and 60 days after purchase. For subscription-based brands (such as Daily Harvest), you can track the subscription cycle through Custom Objects and trigger replenishment reminders when they are almost exhausted. Income deduction (deduction): Based on a customer unit price of $60 and a 5 percentage point increase in repurchase rate, the annual incremental revenue from a customer base of 5,000 is approximately $180,000. In this scenario, Composer can automatically generate personalized recommendation copy based on historical purchase data, replacing operators' manual writing of 20+ versions of recommendation emails.
-
AI customer service cost reduction and data feedback: Customer Agent handles common problems (order status, return and exchange policy, size suggestions), and officials claim that it can resolve 65% of requests independently. For a 7×24 customer service team, assuming that 200 work orders are processed per day and the average processing cost of manual orders is $3.50 (including labor sharing), an automation rate of 65% means daily savings of approximately $455 and monthly savings of approximately $13,650. Human-computer collaboration boundary: When irreversible operations such as refund amount > $50, order cancellation, account deletion, etc. are involved, the Customer Agent should set manual transfer rules. The customer preference intentions captured by the Customer Agent will be automatically written into the portrait and fed back to Composer to make more accurate recommendations - this is the core difference between Klaviyo and independent AI customer service tools.
-
Multi-language marketing for multinational brands: Use Smart Translations + multi-channel delivery to cover 68 language markets from a single campaign. Combined with Shopify Markets Locale Aware Catalogs, automatically match product prices, currencies, and URLs to customer locations. Implementation Tips (Deduction): The operation team has shortened the time from "create campaign independently for each market" to "create once, automatically translate and distribute" - for a brand covering 10 markets, the creation time of a single campaign has been reduced from about 10 hours to about 2 hours. It takes about half a day to complete the initial setup of the brand term blacklist and language pair configuration.
-
Social media UGC-driven content marketing: Automatically collect Instagram UGC photos and comments through Social Marketing, import them into the Klaviyo content library, and use them directly for Email, SMS, and Forms. Implementation Tips (Deduction): The content team no longer needs to manually move images between Instagram and email templates, and the material collection time for each campaign is reduced from about 3 hours to about 30 minutes. Social Insights Agent automatically identifies emerging and popular content topics, helping teams plan the next wave of promotions in advance.
Who is Klaviyo suitable for?
Klaviyo's product depth determines that it is not a tool for "everyone" - its value is maximized in specific groups of people and scenarios, while it is not cost-effective for other groups of people.
-
DTC E-commerce Operations and Marketing Team: This is Klaviyo’s core user group. Operations staff manage full lifecycle marketing with Flow Builder and Composer, and growth teams optimize ROI with predictive modeling and A/B testing. Fitness: Very high. Klaviyo is almost the standard tool for email/SMS marketing in the Shopify ecosystem. Not Fitting the Boundary: If a brand is not using any of Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce, the benefits of core SKU-level data integration are not available and it is recommended to evaluate ActiveCampaign or HubSpot as alternatives.
-
Independent site founder/individual seller: Klaviyo’s permanent free plan is completely sufficient for individual sellers with a monthly order volume of less than 50 orders. The free quota of 250 contacts and 500 messages is sufficient for the cold start phase. Suitability: High (start with the free plan, upgrade as needed). Not Fit Boundary: If you only need email sending without the need for predictive analytics and automation, Shopify Email (with a higher free limit) or Mailchimp Free are less expensive.
-
E-commerce Brand Customer Experience/CX Leader: The three-piece combination of Customer Agent + Helpdesk + Customer Hub allows the customer experience team to complete the construction of AI customer service, manual work orders and self-service portals on the same platform. The preference data captured by the Customer Agent directly enters the marketing process, opening up the data silos between "service" and "marketing". Suitability: High, especially for brands that want to reduce customer service costs and improve service conversion rates. Does not fit the boundary: If the brand already has a mature Zendesk/Gorgias ticketing system and has no intention of migrating, the value of Klaviyo Helpdesk will be greatly reduced. Customer Agent can be used as an AI layer embedded within an existing Helpdesk (Zendesk and Gorgias integration is supported).
-
Enterprise Data & IT Teams: Enterprise IT teams can embed Klaviyo into existing data architectures through data warehouse import (Snowflake/BigQuery/Databricks/Redshift), Custom Objects API, and MCP Server. Fit Level: Medium to Medium-High. For enterprises with existing data warehouses and BI systems, Klaviyo's open API and MCP strategy make its programmability and integration flexibility better than most competing products. Not suitable for boundaries: If the enterprise only has B2B sales lead needs (such as Salesforce plus Pardot model), Klaviyo's support depth in B2B scenarios is not as deep as HubSpot or Marketo.
-
Cross-Border Branding & Internationalization Team: Smart Translations (68 languages), 100+ language Customer Agent, Shopify Markets integration, and global SMS coverage make Klaviyo a multilingual marketing infrastructure for cross-border DTC brands. Fitness: High. Not suitable for borders: SMS and WhatsApp coverage in the Asia-Pacific market (especially China, Japan and Korea) is still being expanded, and brands need to confirm whether the target market is in the list of countries where Klaviyo SMS is available before purchasing.
Summary and Outlook
Klaviyo completed a key product paradigm transition between 2025 and 2026 - evolving from "e-commerce email/SMS marketing tool" to "Autonomous B2C CRM" (Autonomous B2C CRM). The core of this transition is not a change in the brand slogan, but a structural upgrade of product capabilities: CDP unifies the data layer, Composer and Customer Agent build an AI Agent layer on top of the data layer, and MCP Server and open API enable these capabilities to be called by the external AI ecosystem. For DTC e-commerce brands, Klaviyo has changed from an "optional marketing tool" to "operational infrastructure".
Current Core Advantages:
- Deep integration with the Shopify ecosystem (SKU-level data Shopify Sidekick extension Shopify Markets localization) is almost impossible to be copied by competing products in the short term.
- CDP + AI Agent + the unified data plane with omni-channel access enables "service as data collection" and "data-driven automated marketing" to be combined within the same platform, avoiding data delays and context loss caused by the patchwork of multiple tools.
- A strong network effect of 196,000+ brand customer base and 350+ pre-built integrations – new brands automatically gain an ecosystem of proven connectors when they connect to Klaviyo.
Major current limitations and uncertainties:
- E-commerce dependence: Klaviyo's core capabilities are deeply bound to e-commerce scenarios (SKU-level tracking, abandoned order recovery, product recommendation). For non-e-commerce B2C scenarios such as SaaS subscriptions, content payment, and local services, the adaptability and maturity of functions are not as good as ActiveCampaign or HubSpot.
- Limited Asia-Pacific coverage: Although Klaviyo's SMS coverage will rapidly expand to many European countries in 2025-2026, SMS and WhatsApp channel coverage in the Asia-Pacific region (China, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia) is still far weaker than North America and Europe. For brands with Asia-Pacific as their main market, channel availability and localization support in the target country need to be confirmed before purchasing.
- AI Agent Maturity: Customer Agent's 65% autonomous resolution rate is a good performance among customer service AI products, but the still 35% transfer rate means that the brand cannot completely reduce the number of customer service teams. The reliability of Agent's judgment when it comes to irreversible operations such as refunds and sensitive information needs to be improved through continuous Guidance tuning and Knowledge Gap detection.
- Cost pressure after contact growth: The per-contact billing model may bring significant cost increases during the period of rapid brand growth. The annual subscription fee for brands with more than 50K contacts may be in the range of $10,000-30,000. For growing brands that have not yet verified Klaviyo ROI, a quantitative evaluation model of costs and benefits needs to be established at the 5K-10K contact stage.
Procurement and Adoption Risk Assessment: For DTC brands in the Shopify/WooCommerce/BigCommerce ecosystem, Klaviyo has almost no risk in starting with the free plan. It is recommended to use Klaviyo as the main platform for email + SMS marketing. Key verification items before purchasing include: ① Confirm SMS/WhatsApp channel availability in the target market (especially Asia-Pacific brands); ② Evaluate whether data warehouse integration (Snowflake/BigQuery) requires business surcharges in the enterprise version; ③ Clarify the consumption rate and overage billing method of AI credit; ④ For brands with an annual sending volume of more than 5 million, evaluate the setup costs of Dedicated IP and Sending Domain. In non-e-commerce or B2B scenarios, it is recommended to use competing products (ActiveCampaign or HubSpot) for POC comparison first, and then decide whether Klaviyo is worth the investment in data layer adaptation.
