SK Hynix HBM4 mass production and shipment: memory bandwidth is becoming a new bottleneck in the computing power competition
SK Hynix disclosed on July 29 that HBM4 has been mass-produced and shipped in Q2, and the production scale has been expanded in the second half of the year.
